What's a max bid?

Contact marks, edge nicks, bruised, lacquered, replacement ribbon with cardboard support, fine. Footnote: 1948 Benjamin Lloyd is on the roll for the Punjab Medal with Goojerat and Mooltan clasps. He died on April 21, 1849.
