What's a max bid?

Includes: AFGHANISTAN N.W.F. 1919, measuring 36.5 mm (w) x 12.5 mm (h); NORTH WEST FRONTIER 1930-31, measuring 36.7 mm (w) x 13 mm (h); and BURMA 1930-32, measuring 36.5 mm (w) x 12.5 mm (h). All three clasps are in silver, on a length of replacement ribbon, ranging from very fine to near extremely fine.
