What's a max bid?

WWI Victory Medal - 2nd Lieutenant A.Burne - (LIEUT. A.H. BURNE.). Naming is officially impressed. Gilt wear, spotting, better than fine. Accompanied by eight pages containing copies of his Inns of Court Officer's Training Corps Territorial Force Attestation Paper (dated October 13, 1915), Protection Certificate, Officer (dated September 12, 1919), Relinquishment of Commission in the Special Reserve Notice (dated November 3, 1920) and Index Card (acknowledging his eligibility for the BWM and VM). Footnote: Arthur Henry Burne was born on July 22, 1874 in Dublin, Ireland, the son a medical doctor. He was educated at Lidbetters School in Dublin and before the war broke out, he was a Solicitor, living in Twentone, Killinry, County Dublin and was married to Elizabeth Kathleen Anne Burne. He signed his Attestation Paper as a Private (6796) with the Inns of Court Officer's Training Corps in London, England on October 13, 1915, stating that he had previous military service with the 3rd Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment. One year later, Burne was posted to Officer Cadet School on October 6, 1916 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery on November 12th (London Gazette 29846, page 11609, November 28, 1916). He entered the French theatre on February 13, 1918 and served with the 51st Anti-Aircraft Section, Royal Garrison Artillery. After a year and a half, he was demobilized at the Dispersal Unit, Crystal Palace as a Substantive Lieutenant on September 12, 1919. Burne relinquished his commission in the Special Reserve on November 3, 1920 and retained the rank of Lieutenant. He was also awarded the British War Medal, which is not included here.
