The book contains 376 pages of text, printed in black ink on a thick white paper stock, with sixteen pages of colour plates on a coated white paper stock inserted between pages 68 and 69, weighing 1.3 kilograms, measuring 215 mm (w) x 303 mm (h) x 35 mm (d). A few marks evident on the back cover, the pages remaining unaffected. Near extremely fine.
