Instituted May 18, 1725. Civil Division. Type II (1815-). In silver gilt, an oval decoration presenting the tricrown intertwined with the thistle, flower and clover designs, surrounded by the embossed inscription on a pebbled field TRIA JUNCTA IN UNO (Three Joined In One), a fine set of hallmarks on the obverse denoting 925 sterling silver manufacture, in london, date marked 2004, with SG&G maker denoting Sebastian Garrard, measures 39.1mm (w) x 57.6mm (h), weighs 54.1 grams (including ribbon), worn on original ribbon, minor wear, in extremely fine condition. The Star of Order, in silver, a four-armed star with clusters of faceted rays in spiral style design, the obverse superimposed medallion in silver gilt, presenting gilt and enameled tricrown, with ornate gilt letting motto TRIA JUNCTA IN UNO ("three joined in one") on red enamels, reverse with a single pin, measures 75.7mm (w) x 82.0mm (h), weighs 94.8 grams, enamels intact, pin functional, remains in extremely fine condition.

Accompanied by it’s case of issue, a black leatherette exterior marked K.C.B., a white silk lid interior marked COLLINGWOOD & Co., the base with a crème coloured medal bed, with storage compartment below, measures 240mm (w) x 127mm (h), hinge and clasps functional, light wear to exterior, remains in very fine condition.
