What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

WWI Comforts for Soldiers War Work Brighton Depot Badge. 1914-1918 - Silver with blue and black enamels, maker marked "V&J" (Villiers and Jackson), marked with the British lion, an anchor (made in Birmingham) and date marked "t" (1918), illustrating the Brighton coat-of-arms surrounded by a multi-level scroll inscribed "COMFORTS FOR SOLDIERS, AUG 1914, DEC 1918, WAR WORK BRIGHTON DEPOT", very crisp detail, 24 mm x 41.3 mm, horizontal pinback, light contact, better than very fine.
