(Hungarian Equivalent of the Hitler Youth): Two-piece construction, bronze, unmarked, the left side illustrating a wreath of oak leaves with a ribbon at its base on the outer ring, while the right side has a central interlocking tab illustrating the Hungarian Levente insignia on a field of vertical rules, 49.3 mm x 92.7 mm when locked together, light contact, near extremely fine.

Angolia, who start collecting buckles, belts and brocades from 1944 until around 1990; most of the buckles were obtained from the American and German veterans; most of these buckles present a core of Angolia’s book “Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich”, published in 2001.
