What's a max bid?

In silvered bronze, obverse illustrating a motorcycle at full speed, reverse illustrating a five-sided star over crossed rifle and hammer, a ribbon banner below and backed by an open-ended wreath of laurel leaves, with an un-named scroll below, inscribed "MAGYAR SZABADSÁGHARCOS" above and "SZŐVETSÉG", measuring 40 mm in diameter, original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, very light contact, near extremely fine.
