Two-piece construction, obverse illustrating a Hungarian coat-of-arms surmounted by the crown of St. Stephen in bronze with red, blue and green enamels, mounted to a green, white and red enamelled base, illustrating two angels flanking a large red two-armed cross, with the cross standing upon a hill, a crown at the base of the cross painted in gold, surrounded by the inscription "VÁRMEGYÉK ÉS VÁROSOK ORSZÁGOS MENTŐEGYESŰLETE BUDAPEST", measuring 50.3 mm in diameter, reverse maker marked "ARKANZAS BUDAPEST" with a button hole attachment, chipping evident in the green enamels on the outer ring and in the gold paint on the crown, better than very fine.
