What's a max bid?

A rare Hungarian Parachutist Badge, officer’s version, constructed of a green wool twill backer, the obverse bearing hand-embroidered gold bullion wire feathered wings, topped by a parachute, overlaid by a central skull, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), minor material fatigue evident to the reverse, in overall near extremely fine condition.
