What's a max bid?

Instituted 3 March 1942. (1942-1945 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with its arms joined together through the quadrants by a circular laurel leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central ribbed disc overlaid by a raised and finely-detailed Crown of Saint Stephen, set within a circular laurel leaf wreath, the reverse bearing a central institution date of “1942”, unmarked, measuring 43.52 mm (w) x 47.82 mm (h), weighing 34.0 grams (inclusive of ribbon), the central applique has loosen but remains securely attached to the decoration, in near extremely fine condition.
