What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Instituted March 30, 1922 by Miklos Horthy. In silver, a large green enamelled decoration, the obverse features a superimposed white Patriarchal cross with a red enamelled cross in the center and a superimposed silver Hungarian helmet above, the reverse is plain and engraved CRUX RUBRA HUNGARICA 1922., measures 33.75mm (w) x 51.75mm (h – inclusive of integral ring), weighs 29.1 grams, worn on the original triangular ribbon, obverse cross slightly loose, old enamel restoration on the 6 o’clock arm, dark patina on reverse, a very scarce decoration in very fine condition.
