Rare: Blackened bronze, obverse illustrating an Art-Deco style winged woman standing upon a pedestal, her arms raised in the air, four planes in flight above and engraver marked "E MONTI", reverse illustrating a stylized left-facing man's head, with a large wing behind the head bearing a large "I", maker marked "S.J." (S. Johnson) to the left of the wing, inscribed "ESPOSIZIONE DELL'AERONAVTICA ITALIANA CIVCNO OTTOBRE MILANO 1934 XIIcr" below, the inscription flanked by a cross surmounted by a crown at the left and a crowned serpent at the right, 32 mm, spotting, near extremely fine.
