Fasces in gold-coloured and silvered bullion wire in various textures, the shield in yellow and gold-coloured threading with its outer edge trimmed in rolled copper wire, two horizontal bars above and the box framing the aforementioned insignias in angled rolled gold-coloured bullion wire, on a black wool zig zag patterned base, 50 mm x 80 mm, a 50 mm x 57 mm black rayon patch sewn in place on the reverse and trimmed with fine gold-coloured threading along the top edge, with multiple strands of 80 mm long gold-coloured bullion wire fringe attached, one of the black rayon patches with an embroidered label inscribed "A NAZIONALE / NO-Corso Magenta 63" sewn in place, one strand of fringe missing and one slightly stripped on one board, scattered discolouration evident in some gold-coloured bullion on the uppers, near extremely fine.
