What's a max bid?

An Italian Leva Italian Youth Fascist "Opera Balilla" Armband - Screen-printed black ink on thin white mesh cotton, inscribed "O. N. B." with the ONB insignia to the left and a fasces to the right, inscribed "LEVA FASCISTA" below, 110 mm x 290 mm, fabric was screen-printed with a fold in it causing separation in the "V" in "LEVA", mold spotting throughout, fine. Footnote: The Opera Nazionale Balilla (ONB) was an Italian Fascist youth organization functioning, as an addition to school education, between 1926 and 1937, and was then absorbed into the Gioventù Italiana del Littorio (GIL), a youth section of the National Fascist Party.
