What's a max bid?

MILANO" and marked "RIPRODUZIONE VIETATA" (Reproduction Prohibited) on the reverse, 53.7 mm x 69.3 mm, die-holes at all three points for uniform attachment, the point at the bottom broken off and exposing the side of the die-hole, scattered paint chipping, very fine.
