What's a max bid?

A rare Honour Badge for Italians Training in Germany (also known as the RSI Honour Badge), constructed of silvered zink alloy, the obverse consisting of a pair of crossed swords, topped by oak leaves, and overlaid by a fasces bearing a raised mobile swastika, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 50.52 mm (w) x 32.20 mm (h), weighing 11.1 grams, there is moderate loss of finish throughout and the right oak leaf has been cracked, in overall very fine condition.
