What's a max bid?

Italy. A Fascist Militia Black Shirts Dagger

(Milizia Volontaria Per La Sicurezza Nationale). Measuring 342 mm long with its scabbard, featuring a 196 mm long nickel plated magnetic blade, with factory dull edges and a pointy tip. The grip is constructed of light-weight aluminum, featuring a quillion-like finger guard, with black Bakelite inlays depicting a gilt bronze applique in the shape of a bundle of stick and an ax on one side - attached via a screw visible on the reverse. The pommel is shaped into a three-dimensional eagle head. The scabbard is constructed of blackened metal with brass fittings, including a final with a ball tip, a brass throat that is fastened in place via two screws, as well as a multi-link chain with a brass “M” for “M Legion” as well as a large brass belt clip decorated with a gilt eagle sitting upon a base that is inscribed “SDQR”; in overall extremely fine condition.
