In silver gilt with green, white and red enamels, measuring 29 mm (w) x 48 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and laterally-pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, on its full-length original sash incorporating a decorative moiré pattern, extremely fine.

Footnote: The Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem was a Catholic military order founded by crusaders around 1119 at a leper hospital in Jerusalem, Kingdom of Jerusalem, whose care became its original purpose, named after patron saint Lazarus.
