What's a max bid?

In silver, obverse illustrating a man raising his right arm and holding a sword in his hand, his left hand holding a shield, a large fasces at the right and inscribed "MVSN" below, reverse illustrating a shield surrounded by the inscription "MILIZIA V.S. NAZIONALE", inscribed "COMMANDO" to the left and "GENERALE" to the right and marked "800" (silver), measuring 32 mm in diameter, extremely fine.
