In silver, hallmarked on the edge, type III with the inscription "VITTORIO EMANUELE III RE D'ITALIA", measuring 35.3 mm in diameter, bruised, contact marks, on an original ribbon for the Commemorative Merit Medal for the Messina Earthquake that was instituted the following year, in 1910, fine.
