What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Presenting as a Cross Pattée of multi-piece construction, with a gilded silver frame and crossed swords surrounded by a green enameled wreath, white enameled arms, obverse with central gilded silver Italian-style eagle bearing shield on a blue enameled background, reverse with three gilded silver fasces on a blue enameled background, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 52.06 mm (w) x 51.74 mm (h) and weighing 28.5 grams, some cracking and flecking of enamels evident but otherwise in very fine condition.
