In bronze gilt, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Benito Mussolini surrounded by the inscription "COMITATO OLIMPICO NAZIONALE ITALIANO" (Italian National Olympic Committee), with icons placed between each of the words, fasces at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions, along with knots at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, reverse illustrating an Olympic athlete with his right hand raised in a Fascist salute, with a second winged figure representing Victory behind the athlete, the right arm of Victory raised and holding a palm branch in the hand, the five conjoined Olympic rings at the lower left, the middle ring bearing a fasces, measuring 50.5 mm in diameter, scattered gilt wear, near extremely fine.
