What's a max bid?

First badge in gold-coloured and silvered bullion wire, in various textures, illustrating a fasces with a five-sided star immediately to the upper right, a highlight below where an insignia one resided, within a rectangular frame, on a deep red embroidered base, teal cotton backer, measuring 42 mm (w) x 59 mm (h). Second badge in gold-coloured and silvered bullion wire, in various textures, illustrating a fasces surmounted by a five-sided star, black threading giving definition to the fasces, a circle below the fasces bearing the number "1" backed by green felt, the badge mounted to a green felt base, measuring 21.2 mm (w) x 67 mm (h). Better than very fine.
