In silver, obverse featuring a paratrooper bearing a rifle as part of the ground forces, with three paratroopers and a plane above, reverse illustrating a upward-pointing gladius and wings backed by an open parachute in the centre, flanked by "EL ALAMEIN" above "GRIZZANO" on the left and "TAKRUNA" above "FILOTTRANO" on the right, with "FOLGORE-NEMBO" below, surrounded by the inscription "CENTRO MILITARE DI PARACADUTISMO" (Military Parachuting Centre) with branches of laurel leaves on either side, marked "800" (silver) and marked with the official national mark, measuring 35.5 mm (w) x 39 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, fine.
