What's a max bid?

Bronze, obverse illustrating a soldier climbing over mountains, inscribed "VINCERE!" at the left and engraver marked "AFFER", reverse illustrating a winged angel in flight, her right hand holding a shield bearing a fasces, with a mountain range below, inscribed "21-22-23-24 GIVGNO A XVIII" and "BATTAGLIA DEL FRONTE ALPINO OCCIDENTALE", 32.2 mm, converted into a fob via the use of a six-link chain housing two miniature shields, one in silvered bronze with red, white and green paint, illustrating an edelweiss, 11.5 mm x 14.8 mm, the other in bronze with red and white enamels, illustrating a white cross on a red shield, 8.7 mm x 11 mm, extremely fine.
