What's a max bid?

In bronze, the obverse presents a left facing profile of Victor Emmanuel III, the reverse presents the inscription CINA surrounded by a laurel wreath, marked REGIA ZECCA on obverse near rim denoting second issue, measures 31mm (w) x 35.10mm (h- inclusive of integral suspension bar), weighs 14 grams (including ribbon), worn on a correct replacement ribbon, very dark patina, light edge bruising, a very rare medal in near extremely fine condition.

Footnote: The medals issued second are stamped by the Royal Mint “REGIA ZECCA”, and they do not include the date range "1900-1901" in the reverse inscription. There are only 736 examples of the medals issued second.
