(Medaglia commemorativa del terremoto Calabro-Siculo 1908). Instituted in 1910. In silver, engraver marked "L. GIORGI" on the obverse, measuring 31.5 mm in diameter, bruised, edge nicks, multiple contact marks, original ribbon, fair.

Footnote: The Commemorative Medal for the Messina (Calabria-Sicilian) Earthquake of 1908 was instituted on February 20, 1910 and awarded to those who assisted in relief efforts or who raised funds or made donations towards the recovery of the area.
