In bronze, obverse illustrating a standing modern Italian soldier, beside a standing ancient Roman soldier with spear and shield, backed by two artillery guns, an eagle flanked by fasces and standing upon a pedestal inscribed "ROMA" at the right, reverse illustrating a church and its adjoining bell tower, the City of Fiume coat-of-arms at the top, the Artillery insignia bearing the Italian eagle above crossed cannons and surmounted by the Royal crown at the bottom, surrounded by the inscription "VIII RADUNO ARTIGLIERI D'ITALIA FIUME 19-20-21 MAGGIO 1940 XVIII", measuring 30.5 mm in diameter, spotting, near extremely fine.
