What's a max bid?

In its hardshelled case of issue, cypher of Victor Emanuel on the lid, maker marked "E. GARDINO SUCC. D. CRAVANZOLA ROMA" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, lightly scuffed exterior, case better than very fine.
