A Grand Officer Star, in silver, featuring an eight-point star with faceted rays and ball finials, the obverse medallion in Goldm features a white enamel cross with savoy knots in each quadrant, the central medallion features a Lombardy crown on a blue enamel field, the reverse presents a single vertical pin, with the makers cartouche of D. CRAVANZOLA SUCC FIL BORANI ROMA, measures 75.25mm (w) x 75.5mm (h), weighs 58.1 grams, cracking in the blue enamel medallion, very dark patina, savoy knots discoloured, remains in very fine condition.
