In 18K Gold, a white enamelled with Gold savoy knots in each quadrant, the central medallion features a Lombardy crown with green, white and red enamel details on a blue enamel field, the reverse medallion features a black enamelled crowned eagle with a white and red cross on its chest, measures 50.80mm (w) x 55.25mm (h), weighs 19.4 grams, worn on a delicate Gold loop, accompanied by a full length red and white neck ribbon, enamels intact, light wear, in extremely fine condition.
Contained in its original case of issue, a red leatherette exterior marked with a crowned V on the exterior, the interior presenting a purple silk lid marked G.B. PERNETTI GIOIELLIERE TORINO, with a recessed medal bed and compartment for the ribbon near the hinges, the case measures 80mm (w) x 135mm (l) x 20mm (h), hinge and clasp functional, scuffing to the exterior, large dents evident at the hinges, remains in near very fine condition.
