The knife with its blade and crossguard in steel, magnetic, measuring 183 mm in length, embedded into a brass handle, the handle with a bone grip which incorporates seven sets of three vertical rules each around its circumference, the pommel constructed from a circular convex rivet that secures the structure of the knife, the knife measuring 280 mm in length overall, exhibiting contact marks on the blade and spotting on the brass handle. The accompanying scabbard with a stiff frame, the exterior wrapped in brown felt, the obverse with a strip of salmon-coloured felt flanked by strips of white embroidery on either side, the locket and chape in bands of brown leather, the scabbard measuring 190 mm in length, exhibiting wear in the red felt. Fine.
