Three-piece construction, in silver gilt with red enamels, maker marked "Cefalno", marked "925" (silver) and marked "MI"(made in Milano) on the reverse of the St. George slaying the dragon suspension, measuring 62.5 mm (w) x 88.7 mm (h) inclusive of its St. George slaying the dragon suspension, intact enamels, pair of loops on either side for placement upon a chain, extremely fine.
