Latvia, First Republic. A Zemgales Artillery Regiment Member’s Badge,c.1925
Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, screwback style pin on reverse, obverse presents as a swastika with white enameled arms, with stylized letters “Z”, “A”, and “P” on arms for “Zemgales Artilērijas Pulks”, along with regiment’s formation year of “1920”, with central raised oak leaves and crossed stick grenades over top of mobile swastikas and red and white enameled Latvian flag, unmarked, measuring 27.5 mm (w) x 27.5 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
