What's a max bid?

A two-piece construction badge of bronze and red enamel, the obverse is an iron cross paty of red enamel with “LAP 1919” (Latgale Artilērijas Pulks) on the arms, with a central gilded ribbed centre within an oak leaf border, two crossed cannons and multiple rays lay in the quadrants between the cross arms, the reverse is plain and bears a screw back with plate marked “A/S. A. RATFELDERS KALKUIELA 11 RIGA METALS”, measuring 42.77 mm, very fine.
