What's a max bid?

In bronze and red enamel, the obverse is an iron cross paty of red enamel with “LAP 1919” (Latgale Artilērijas Pulks) on the arms, with a central gilded ribbed centre within an oak leaf border, two crossed cannons and multiple rays lay in the quadrants between the cross arms, the reverse is plain and bears a screw back with plate marked “A. RATFELDERS RIGA”, measuring 24.05 mm (w) x 23.58 mm (h), very fine.
