In bronze, the obverse bears the Latvian coat of arms, the three stars of the coat of arms have rays dispersing from them, below is a diamond shaped medallion with a sword over a crossed rifle and sword and a wreath, all encompassed by a wreath of oak leaves, with multiple cut out details, the reverse is plain and bears a screwback with two plates, the first is engraved with ‘No. 79 ORDENU FABRIKA RIGA LATVIJA W.F.MULLER VItn. ABOLS”, the second plate is marked “W.F. MULLER RIGA”, measuring 45.29 mm (w) x 52.62 mm (h), very fine.
