Instituted in 1924: in silver gilt with blue and white enamels, measuring 16.5 mm (w) x 27.8 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear; and Latvian Shield Stickpin: in bronze with white and maroon enamels, maker marked "L. CHR. LAUER NÜRNBERG" on the reverse, measuring 10 mm (w) x 14.2 mm (h), on a 47 mm long stickpin. Near extremely fine.
