2nd Model: A beautiful award in silver gilt with red and blue enamels, Gold centrepieces, unmarked but known to be French-made, measuring 38.5 mm x 58 mm, original triangular ribbon, intact enamels, near mint. In its hardshelled case of issue, Montenegrin coat-of-arms on the lid, marked with a crown above the French inscription "Chancellerie de l'Ordre Danilo" (Chancellery of the Order Danilo) on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, case also extremely fine.
