What's a max bid?

MORLON" on the obverse, 13 mm x 15 mm); and Montenegro: Medal for Zeal, Type III (silver, type III with ball suspension, 13 mm). Mounted to an ornate suspension, original ribbons, missing its swing bar pinback, dark patina on the Medal for Zeal, extremely fine.
