What's a max bid?

An extremely high quality embroidered order, all hand worked silver bullion wire with lettering "VIRTUS NOBILI TAT" on the blue satin centrepiece, cross and star in rolled silver and copper bullion wire in various textures, with raised silver rays and silver sequins, red leather backer, 97 mm x 98 mm, wear evident on the embroidered centrepiece, denting present on some of the raised silver rays, extremely fine.
