What's a max bid?

A third reich period donation can of the NSB (National Socialist Movement in the Netherlands//Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging in Nederland); constructed of metal (magnetic), with the NSB logo printed in colour on the front and back of the can; with a small slit on the lid for the insertion of money - the lid possibly removable but currently seized into place; measuring 71 mm x 67 mm; light to moderate oxidation throughout; lightly dented; in overall better than very fine condition.
