What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, pinned with a gilded number “2”, the obverse with a raised profile of Anton Mussert, circumscribed by an inscription of “NATIONAAL-SOCIALISTISCHE BEWEGING LEIDER MUSSERT” (“NATIONAL SOCIALIST MOVEMENT LEADER MUSSERT”), the reverse with an inscription of “KERSTMARSCH 1941” (“CHRISTMAS MARCH 1941”), circumscribed by an inscription of “W.A. MARCHEERT HOU-ZEE”, unmarked, measuring 39.55 mm in diameter, in better than very fine condition.
