A circular bronze medal, the obverse centre bears two lines of forward facing soldiers marching encompassed by the inscription “MID WINTERMARSCH 1938” (MID WINTER MARCH 1938), the reverse is plain with the hallmark “A’DAM W. JNANDS & V. RENSEN” at the bottom, measuring 35 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), with suspension ring on a red and black ribbon, very fine.
