Kongens Erindringsmedalje. Instituted in 1906. In Gold, weighing 19 grams inclusive of its court-mounted ribbon, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of King Haakon VII of Norway, engraver marked "THROMBEEN" at the base of the bust, inscribed "HAAKON VII" at the left and "NORGES KONGE" at the right, reverse with the cypher of King Haakon VII, the medal surmounted by the Royal crown, measuring 25.3 mm (w) x 35.7 mm (h), court-mounted with pinback, original ribbon, very light contact, near extremely fine.
