What's a max bid?

In bronze, measuring 31.8 mm (w) x 45.3 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, original ribbon with pinback, exhibiting spotting and greening, near extremely fine. Accompanied by its 33.2 mm (w) x 7.3 mm (h) ribbon bar with black plastic button hole attachment.

Footnote: The medal was instituted by the Royal Decree on May 23, 1941 and could be awarded to Norwegian and foreign military and civilians who had been actively involved in fighting for Norway during the Second World War.
