In bronze gilt with red, white, blue, green and black enamels, illustrating the crowned coat-of-arms of the city of Lviv in the centre, framed by a half-wreath of laurel leaves, with an Order of Military Virtue at its base, on a black Maltese cross base with a gear-like structure linking the arms, measuring 42 mm (w) x 42.3 mm (h), maker marked "A NAGALSKI i Ska WARSZAWA-BIELANSKA 16" on the screwback, intact enamels, very light contact, extremely fine.
