Four-piece construction, in silvered bronze with forest green and white enamels, crowned eagle on the centrepiece and framed by a multi-rayed arch, inscribed "4" on the arm at 12 o'clock, "I" on the arm at 9 o'clock, "III" on the arm at 3 o'clock and "6" on the arm at 6 o'clock, measuring 58.5 mm (w) x 58.5 mm (h), screwback, very light contact, near extremely fine.
Footnote: The 6th Mounted Rifle Regiment of Herman Zolkiewshi was formed in 1917 in France and Italy as the 1st Light Horse Regiment. In 1919, the regiment came to Poland with General Haller's Army as the 4th Dragoon Regiment.
