A Second War Polish Warsaw Uprising Cross - Silvered bronze and enamels, 43.2 mm, original ribbon, intact enamels, light contact, near extremely fine.Footnote: The cross was established in 1984, to honour those persons who participated in the Warsaw Uprising against the Germans in 1944. The cross is worn on a ribbon with blue and black stripes on the outsides, representing the Order of the Virtuti Militari, with the red and white stripes of the Polish flag in the centre.
